MHS History Through the promulgation of the government permit no. S-007 Series of 2004 Pursuant to provision of DepEd Order No. 1 Series of 2003 and Republic Act 9155. Muzon High School was born.
Initially, the institution was named San Jose Del Monte High School Annex. However, as soon as request to operate completely secondary course was approved by the DepEd Regional Office on June 2, 2004 and received by the city division office on June 9 of the same year. |

It was permanently replaced by its current official name and it is duly authorized to offer complete secondary course. To summarize, MHS is a product of the tireless effort of all the people and institutions who had gathered enough strength and stamina to come out with the feasible solution to some of the problems in our education system specifically classroom shortage and over crowding.
June 21,2004 is the official date, of whom the Department of Education for the start of the regular classes in the secondary education for the S.Y. 2004-2005. Incidentally, it is also the official day of the formal operation for the newly built Muzon High School, Division of City of San Jose Del Monte.
The school is proud itself to the very modest begin. We also have two (2) two-storey building. Each building consists of four(4) classes. Two on ground floor and two in the second level. So it has a total of eight classrooms at the beginning of S.Y. 2004-2005.
